Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Working on these reflexes can help to relieve many health problems in a natural way.
Regular reflexology sessions can relieve pain, headaches, digestive problems, allergies, pms, menopause, fatigue, addictive behavior and more.
Here is an example how reflexology assists the body.
Your pituitary gland regulates growth mechanisms, skin pigmentation, blood pressure and sexual development. It is also responsible for the prevention of an excessive accumulation of fat. Imbalances of the pituitary gland can manifest in a variety of ways such as obesity, growth problems, high or low blood pressure and feelings of depression. If you are experience any of those issues, I would work both feet totally (for your whole foot) and give extra attention to the pituitary gland reflex.
Reflexology gets to the cause of a problem by restoring the energy flow to the body's different systems and functions. The reflex points are junctions that relay, reinforce and pass energy toward the organs and the nervous system.
Besides getting reflexology on a regular basis, I would encourage you to WALK. Walking improves your health, decreases brain fog, decreases the rate of bone loss and enhances creativity.
